Jessica graduated from Monmouth University with a Masters of Science in Mental and Clinical Health Counseling. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Jessica is also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), EMDR Certified Counselor (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), HIV Certified Counselor, and Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC). Jessica has about eight years of experience working in various levels of care with mental health, substance abuse, and dual diagnosis clients.
Jessica’s passion for helping humans developed at an early age and only continued to grow as she observed people around her struggle with various issues in life. Over her years in the mental health and substance abuse industry, she began to notice a pattern. It occurred to her that the stressors of every day life have become unmanageable for human beings and people have forgotten that, “We repeat what we do not repair.” Jessica focuses on finding solutions, building strengths, and improving negative thought patterns. Jessica acknowledges that the therapeutic process can be overwhelming and therefore, prides herself on working side by side with clients and their families each step of the way and acts as an extremely strong advocate for each client.
